Breakfast ; oatmeal and hard boiled egg
Morning snack ; five whole grain crackers
Lunch ; one poached egg on toast with yogurt
Afternoon snack ; yogurt and five crackers
Dinner ; tones of curried veggies and a meat patty
No excersise today because we were running around buying things and packing things up for CANCUN TOMORROW!! :) I dont think i will have internet connection to keep you up dated while im in cancun but ill tell you all about it when i get back and i will logg my eating in my journal instead!
