Breakfast ; oatmeal and hard boiled egg

Morning snack ; five whole grain crackers

Lunch ; one poached egg on toast with yogurt

Afternoon snack ; yogurt and five crackers

Dinner ; tones of curried veggies and a meat patty

No excersise today because we were running around buying things and packing things up for CANCUN TOMORROW!! :)  I dont think i will have internet connection to keep you up dated while im in cancun but ill tell you all about it when i get back and i will logg my eating in my journal instead!

This is my weight loss blog. I never had to worry about my weight, i was always been very fit, and active. I work out regularily at a gym, i play soccer, and i am training for a half marathon. But after a stressful year, and an awful breakup, i have but on a whopping 20 lbs! Although I am still active the weight has got to go, so follow me on my journey back to my healthy weight :)
